Day 01: Delhi
Arrival in Delhi. Our representative would escort you to your hotel. Take
some rest and breakfast, and then we would go for sightseeing in Delhi. In
our itinerary would be Red Fort and Mehrauli Complex. The third in the
itinerary would be Bahai Temple, popularly known as Lotus Temple. You would
visit Raj Ghat, the place where Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation,
was cremated. Late in the evening you would leave for Jaipur.
Day 02: Jaipur
You would reach Jaipur in morning. We would reach our hotel. After having
some rest and breadfast, we would leave for sightseeing. First on the
itinerary would be Jaipur's renowned Amber Fort. The other attractions would
be Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar. The evening would be devoted to shopping.
Jaipur has been known ffor jewelry, particularly for gold and silver
enameling. The gem-cutters of Jaipur have been always praised for their
work. Block printing of Jaipur is also famous.
Day 03: Jaipur
This day we would see the City Palace and the Nahargarh Fort. Tourists
would also be taken to the Ram Niwas Gardens. They would also get to see
other less known monuments in the city. In evening we would leave for Agra.
Overnight in a Agra hotel.
Day 04 : Agra
Take your breakfast. We would leave for viewing world famous monument Taj
Mahal. After soaking in the glorious beauty, we would proceed for the Red
Fort, from where the Mughals ruled India for years. The third in the
itinerary would be Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daula, highly praised for its
magnificent inlay work. Overnight at hotel.
Day 05 : Agra - Fatehpur Sikri
We would leave on a luxury coach for Fatehpur Sikri, 45 km from Agra. The
city is dotted with magnificent red sandstone structures. Buland Darwaza,
the epitome of Mughal emperor Akbar's power and prestige. Sheikh Salim
Chisti's tomb and palaces of Birbal and Jodhabai are other structures. While
returning to Agra, you would visit Sikandara where tomb of Mughal emperor
Akbar is located. Leave for Goa by train.
Day 07 : Goa
You would be all day on the train. You would reach Goa in evening. You
would be directly taken to hotel where you rest for the night.
Day 08 - 09 : Goa
You would spend the day viewing Goa attractions, specially the beaches. And
also taste Goa specialities. Goa beaches are popular all over the world. In
evening you would leave for Kerala.
Day 10 : Kerala
Your first day in Kerala would be spent watching Capital Trivandrum
attractions. Another day you would visit Kovalam and also enjoy famous
Kerala backwaters. Leave for Madurai in evening.
Day 11 : Madurai
Spend another very good day in Madurai, the temple town of South India. The
city is specially known for Meenakshi Temple applauded for its massive
gopurams. Leave for Chennai in evening. Overnight in a Chennai hotel.
Day 12 : Chennai
Spend the day watching Chennai attractions like St. George, Parthsarthy
Temple, National Art Gallery and Government Museum . Pass the evening the
Marina beach. In night you would be taken to the international airport where
you would board a flight for onward journey.
