Tiger is the most prized asset of national parks in
India. National animal of the country has been provided safe residence in
the national parks and reserves. Hunting of tigers has been banned in India
and several national parks have been set up. Watch the king of Indian
forests in its natural home.
Day 1
Arrive in New Delhi. Pass your day in some sightseeing. Late evening, after
dinner, you would for Jim Corbett Park in air-conditioned luxury coach. You
would reach your destination in wee hours and would directly taken to a
jungle resort.
Day 2
Have some rest and then have breakfast in salubrious forest surroundings.
Then leave for tour of the forest in a jeep safari. Three jeeps would carry
you in the jungle. You would see opportunity to see wild beasts such as
tigers, leopards and elephants in their natural environment. You would take
lunch in jeep itself and return to your resort in evening.
Day 3
Third day would be a horse safari which would provide you pleasure and
thrill of different kind. The Park is the home of 50 mammal, 580 bird and 25
reptile species. There is also plenty of vegetation and wandering amidst it
atop a horse would give lot of pleasure to any lover of natural life. Return
to resort in evening. Have some snacks and leave for Delhi on the luxury
coach.
Day 4
You would reach Delhi around midnight. Pass your night in the hotel. Next
day you would taking a train for Sawai Madhopur for visiting Ranthambhore
National Park. There too you would stay amidst forest surroundings in a
jungle resort.
Day 5
The day would be reserved for jungle safari. Board a jeep and move into the
jungle. One of the best wildlife places in the country, the park is the home
of wildlife animals like tigers, leopards, boars as well as large number of
migratory birds. Peacock is a bird most seen in the park. Stay at night in
resort.
Day 6
Leave for Keoladev National Park, also known as Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.
Tour the sanctuary same day in a cycle-rickshaw. A picnic would be arranged
for you within the reserve. Spend your night at a hotel.
Day 7
Leave for Agra early morning. Take breakfast and then drive on to Taj
Mahal, a world famous monument of love. Rest of the day would be reserved
for Agra Fort and other sightseeing spots like Itmad-ud-daula's tomb. Stay
at night in the hotel.
Day 8
Leave for Fatehpur Sikri in morning. After witnessing exquisite monuments
in the medieval city, which was once the capital of Mughal Emperor Akbar,
drive on to Delhi. Board the flight for your onward journey.
